Whiskey and Blackcurrants


New dish I did using New Forest Blackcurrants adn Jim Beam whiskey.

Blackcurrant Ice-cream and Sorbet Terrine, Cassis Jelly, Whiskied Blackcurrants, Whiskey Sugar, Whiskey Fluid-gel, Olive oil Sponge
